What area do you serve?

We provide on-site services within 70 miles of Erie, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania only — we don't cross state lines. Remote support is available nationwide for managed services.

How do setup fees work?

Setup fees cover the time to deploy each service — installing agents, configuring policies, testing backups. Transferring from another provider? These are waived since infrastructure is already in place.

What's the difference between setup fees and onboarding?

Setup fees are per-service deployment costs. The onboarding fee covers overall account setup — documentation, access provisioning, initial meeting. Month-to-month clients pay this; annual agreements don't.

Can I mix services from different packages?
